Written Summary:

Jim Curley of TRS says he’ll pay anybody 10 bucks who is not blown away with Bruce Drago. I guess I’m going out for lunch. According to the copy Bruce Drago has had hundreds of fights and hasn’t lost a fight since kindergarten. Oh, and 97 ended in mere seconds. You know when I was fifteen I got into a fight in a schoolyard and roundhouse kicked a kid and he went down. As I stood over him admiring my work he punched me in the groin, dropping me. Obviously Bruce hasn’t learned that lesson yet as he demonstrates by throwing somebody to the ground that kicks him and then walks directly over him to land his finishing blows. He makes assumptions on where people will fall when you hit them and how they will react. It’s nice to be psychic. Why would you voluntarily drop to the ground after knocking someone there and then go for an arm bar in the street? As Rich Dimitri says on his videos a good martial artist knows grappling and a great grappler knows when to grapple. The demonstration of the woman defending herself looked like she was counting steps in ballroom dancing. I wasn’t buying it. Once again, I point out Dimitri’s tapes to illustrate the scariest women fighting back I ever saw as a comparison. Why does Drago always seem out of breath? The knife techniques once again seemed so planned. I’m going to take and redirect your knife so you actually stab yourself. The tapes were from an entertainment standpoint dull and from a technique perspective, eh. Would I recommend buying these tapes? No Way! Oh and Mr. Curley can I please have my ten bucks to go?
