Written Summary:
I must sound like a broken record. This is the third time I’m reviewing Mr. Dimitri’s work, and another winner. There are too many drills to describe. I’ll talk about the knife drill. Imagine this or better yet do what Mr. Dimitri’s students do. They do hindu pushups, run sprints do pushups and exhaust themselves for five minutes and they lay on the ground while another student gets in the mount position with a wooden knife while the bottom position student holds there arm to stop from getting gutted. Mr. Dimitri then yells go, and there you have it. As real a simulation as you can make it. Mr. Dimitri has lots of great drills that are perfect for instructors or for people who are fed up with non-reality training and decide to get some friends together and just train. The beauty of Dimitri’s methods is in the concepts that anyone with a little training can put into use. I know we always give glowing reviews to David James and for good reason. So far every DVD I’ve reviewed of Mr. Dimitri has risen to the level of a David James DVD.
