Written Summary:

Everyone wants to be a speed demon and this video attempts to give the viewer a variety of training drills and concepts to help increase one's reaction time and overall reflexes. I do not claim to be a physiologist so it is difficult to say with certainty if the various training drills shown in this video really do increase one's overall speed. From a common sense perspective, I would say that the drills on this video probably do help increase various speed component's to some degree although it is impossible to say exactly how much of an increase will be realized. Most of the drills on this video require at least one partner and a fairly serious training time commitment to be implemented. Some of the drills can be used for solo training but the majority of the drills do require at least one partner.

This video is one of the few serious attempts to help martial artists (and other athletes as well) increase their speed. Certainly there will always be some people who disagree with training methods seen in this video but I can find no serious fault with the methods shown. If you want to try to increase your speed, then this video is worth a look. However, I would not guarantee that your speed will increase from using these training methods.
