Written Summary:

WOW, Mr. Geyston suredoes have some fast hands. This tape was loaded with some great techniques. AgainI would kind of classify it as a "one step" type tape, but the way it wasdone, Mr. Geyston provides the viewer an "eye opening" experience. Hereare some of the things we really liked, the side head butt, side neck crank, headtwist/takedown, collarbone kicks, elbow smash to a striking fist, Mr. Geyston's variousreinforced locks, his elbow wraps, wrist wraps, ankle/shin wraps, and come-alongs.We really liked Applications 1-6. By the way, the sound problems that we noticedon Tape 1 were nowhere to be found on Tape 2. Another great all around tape thatdemonstrates endless self defense possibilities.
