Written Summary:
WOW, 32 techniques
in 30 minutes, and on a tape that you can get for as low as $20.00 (when you purchase
5 or more)! All martial arts video companies, take note, I'm not usually a fan of
short tapes, but if you've got to make one, this is the way you provide consumers
outstanding value. There was no needless repetition, to make one feel dollars were
being wasted as the tape rolled on, no long winded explanations of things, and Mr.
Kim pretty much gets right into the meat of things, and quickly goes from one idea
to the next.
Mr. Kim rapidly takes the viewer through various exercises and
drills that can help increase their Speed, Agility and Timing for TKD, and probably
other kicking arts as well. In this video we are shown:
Speed: 15 drills
Agility:
11 drills
Timing: 6 drills
Another good tape from the folks at Turtle
Press.
