Written Summary:

Sang H. Kim does it again! Another video from the good folks at Turtle Press packed with techniques. This is pretty much a 3 tape series, sold seperately, that focuses on improving physical attributes. The last one of these we reviewed covered 32 techniques in 30 minutes. This one covered 47 techniques in 30 minutes! Now is that moving through a tape or what? And once again it's on a tape that you can get for as low as $20.00 (when you purchase 5 or more)! As said before, all martial arts video companies, take note, I'm not usually a fan of short tapes, but if you've got to make one, this is the way you provide consumers outstanding value. There was no needless repetition, to make one feel dollars were being wasted as the tape rolled on, no long winded explanations of things, and Mr. Kim pretty much gets right into the meat of things, and quickly goes from one idea to the next.

Mr. Kim rapidly takes the viewer through various exercises and drills that can help increase their Power, Strength, and Stamina for TKD, and probably other kicking arts as well. In this video we are shown:

Power: 30 drills
Strength: 15 drills
Stamina: 2 drills

Another good tape from the folks at Turtle Press.
